Secure the Date & Payments
We recommend you book with us no later than 3 to 4 months before your wedding. If you’ve tried our cake and know we’re your bakery of choice, we highly recommend you Secure the Date with us ASAP. This allows us to make sure your wedding is on our production and delivery schedule. Details can be finalized as we get closer to your wedding date, just no later than 4 weeks before your wedding date.Securing the date requires a $100 non-refundable deposit. This deposit goes towards us locking in your wedding date on our calendar and making sure we don’t take on additional orders. Unfortunately, we do not refund this $100 once booked but it does get applied to your final wedding cake order. Final balance is due no later than 4 weeks before your wedding day.

You may cancel or make changes to your order up until 4 weeks before your wedding date. If you need to cancel your order, with more than a 4-week notice, payments are fully refundable (less the $100 non-refundable deposit). If you are contacting us with less than 4 weeks before your wedding date, we cannot provide a refund. Please understand all wedding cake orders are custom made and we plan out all our staffing and production weeks in advance. NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 4 WEEKS OF WEDDING DATE.
Please also note any paid Tasting Plates or In-person Consultations are not refunded to orders not finalized. If you need to make changes on your order (ie: flavors, size, etc.), please also let us know before 4 weeks of your wedding date so we can best accommodate. Any changes are subject to availability. No changes within 4 weeks of wedding date.
