Freedom Bakery has created wedding cakes and desserts for brides and grooms since 1975 and has earned Exclusive or Preferred Bakery from more than 25 wedding and reception venues throughout the Monterey Bay area. "I have been a wedding florist for over 31 years and I can honestly say that Paul and his team at Freedom Bakery have been the nicest and easiest to work with by far. They call me to verify details regarding floral on the cake as well as setups and delivery time. If I'm supplying the cake plates, they check with me about how many I'm supplying or how many we will need. I remember meeting with Paul one time to discuss a particularly intricate cake design for a couple from New York. We talked through concepts, colors, and design to make sure it would be just right and when I left his tasting room, he sent me home with a box full of delicious goodies.
