    • ⅛ Sheet (6" x 8") = Serves 6-8
    • ¼ Sheet (8" x 12") = Serves 15-20
    • ½ Sheet (12" x 16") = Serves 30-40
    • Full Sheet (16 x 24") = Serves 60-80, Watsonville Only
*Carrot Cakes, Red Velvet, Hawaiian Banana, Funfetti, & Gluten Free are only available as sheet cakes.
Cake Height: Approximately 2.5" Tall
Lead Time: Please order a day ahead by 4pm
Ingredients: Contains Wheat, Eggs and Dairy. Our facility also processes milk, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts & soybeans. Ingredients vary by flavor. Please contact us for full list.
Q: Can I make changes to the design?
A: For minor changes, note request under Order Notes. If requested changes require a new price, we will contact you.

Q: Can I get multiple flavors in the cake?
A: We can accommodate some flavor requests. Please contact us to order. Additional cost applies.

Q: Can you decorate with whipped cream?
A: Whipped cream is too soft for us to decorate with so buttercream is used.

Q: Can I add color to whipped cream or buttercream?
A: We spray color on to the cake icing. We can mix color into buttercream decorations.

Q: Are all cakes available for pick up in Monterey?
A: Full sheets are only available for pick up in Watsonville.

Q: Do I need to refrigerate the cake?
A: Whipped cream cakes should be refrigerated and served cold. Buttercream cakes are best served at room temperature. Refrigerate overnight.

Q: Do you deliver sheet cakes?
A: No
